The staff of Willamette Valley Animal Hospital (wvah) has just completed its second free clinic for the homeless population of the Marion County area on Sunday October 25, 2009. For more details on the event please visit the Metro Section of the Salem Statesman Journal at this link:

Here are a few pictures of the pets we helped on this visit. The pet’s names are Bubba (yellow lab), Midnight (black kitten), Puffy (grey kitten).

Located in Salem Oregon, Salem Friends of Felines (SFOF) mission is to help as many homeless cats and kittens by placing them in loving permanent homes; to reduce feline over-population through education and their spay/neuter assistance program; and to bring more public awareness to the plight of homeless and unwanted cats.
